THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR PRIVATE COLLEGES (REGULATION AND CONTROL) ACT, 2002
Section 6. Management of private colleges.
All private colleges recognized under this Act shall be maintained and run by the educational agencies in the prescribed manner.
