THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR (PREVENTION OF UNFAIRMEANS) EXAMINATIONS ACT, 1987
Section 11. Application of other laws not barred.
The provisions of this Act shall be in addition to and not in derogation of any other law in force on the subject.
