THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR NATIONAL LAW UNIVERSITY ACT, 2018
Section 32. Deemed Validity of Appointments.
Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law or instrument having the force of law for the time being in force, the appointment made to any post in the University in accordance with the Statutes and Regulations shall be deemed to be valid and in accordance with law.
