THE SRINAGAR AND JAMMU CLUSTER UNIVERSITIES ACT, 2016
Section 17. Other Officers.
Save as otherwise expressly provided in this Act, the procedure for appointment and the powers of the officers of the Cluster University other than the Chancellor, the Pro-Chancellor, the Vice-Chancellor, the Financial Advisor, the Educational Advisor, the Registrar and the Controller of Examinations shall be prescribed by the Statutes.
