THE SRINAGAR AND JAMMU CLUSTER UNIVERSITIES ACT, 2016
Section 36. Audit of accounts.
The Accounts of a Cluster University shall, once in every year and at the intervals of not more than fifteen months be audited by auditors appointed by the Government and a copy of the accounts together with the auditors’ report, shall be published in the Government Gazette.
