THE SRINAGAR AND JAMMU CLUSTER UNIVERSITIES ACT, 2016
Section 6. Approval of the Government.
Notwithstanding anything contained in the foregoing section, any re-organisation or alteration in structure, pattern or medium of education at the Cluster University level shall require the previous approval of the Government.
