THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR STATE BOARD OF TECHNICAL EDUCATION ACT, 2002
Section 11. Re-nomination or re-co-option of a member.
Subject to the provisions of this Act a member, except the one who is removed under section 9, shall be eligible for re-nomination or re-cooption, as the case may be.
