THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR FISHERIES ACT, 2018
Section 1. Short title and commencement.
(1) This Act may be called the Jammu and Kashmir Fisheries Act, 2018.
(2) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the 1[Official Gazette].
