THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR FISHERIES ACT, 2018
Section 20. Appointment of officers.
The Government may appoint by notification officers as it may consider necessary to exercise the powers conferred on, and discharge the duties imposed upon them under this Act in such area as may be specified in the notification.
