THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR FISHERIES ACT, 2018

Section 23. Rewards.

Any person or persons giving such bonafide information as shall lead to a conviction under the Act shall be entitled to a reward which may at the discretion of the Judicial Magistrate trying the case extend to the full amount of the fine inflicted.
