THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR FISHERIES ACT, 2018
Section 26. Prohibition as to night fishing.
Whoever though having been granted a licence under this Act, fishes or attempts to fish in any trout waters, reserved waters and protected waters between the hours of sunset and sunrise shall be liable to be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three months or with fine which may extend to rupees five thousand or both.
