THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR WILLOW (PROHIBITION ON EXPORT AND MOVEMENT) ACT, 2000
Section 1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1) This Act may be called the Jammu and Kashmir Willow (Prohibition on Export and Movement) (Amendment) Act, 2000.
(2) It extends to the 2[whole of the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir].
(3) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the *[Government Gazette].
