THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR PRESERVATION OF SPECIFIED TREES ACT, 1969
Section 10. No compensation payable for loss or injury
No person shall be entitle to claim compensation for any injury, damage or loss caused or alleged to have been caused by the refusal to grant permit or by any conditions subject to which permit is granted under this Act.
