Section 13A. Disposal of timber fallen due to natural calamities.
The timber of any specified tree proved to have fallen due to any natural calamity or disease shall, in the case of private lands, be allowed to be taken by the owner thereof and, in the case of State lands, be disposed of by the prescribed authority in such manner as may be prescribed.]
