THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR PARAMEDICAL COUNCIL Act, 2014
Section 13. Vacancies etc. not to invalidate proceedings.
No act or proceedings of the Council shall be invalid merely by reason of,––
(a) any vacancy thereon or any defect in the constitution thereof ; or
(b) any defect in the election or nomination of a person as a member thereof ; or
(c) any irregularity in its procedure not affecting merits of the case.
