THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR PARAMEDICAL COUNCIL Act, 2014
Section 7. Resignation by non-official Member.
(1) Any non-official member of the Council may resign from the office by writing a letter in this regard to the President of the Council.
(2) The resignation shall take effect from the date it is accepted by the President.
