THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR STATE SHEEP AND SHEEP PRODUCTS DEVELOPMENT BOARD ACT, 1979
Section 1. Short title, extent and com-mencement.
(1) This Act may be called the Jammu and Kashmir Sheep and Sheep Products Development Board Act, 1979.
(2) It extends to the 2[whole of the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir].
3[(3) It shall come into force on such date as the 4[Government of the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir] may, by notification in the 5[Government Gazette], appoint in this behalf.]
