THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR STATE SHEEP AND SHEEP PRODUCTS DEVELOPMENT BOARD ACT, 1979
Section 27. Protection for action taken in good faith.
No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Government or the Board or the Chairman or member or employee of the Board for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or any rule made thereunder.
