Section 28. Members etc. deemed to be public servants
The Chairman and the members of the Board or its employees shall be deemed, while acting or purporting to act in pursuance of any of the provisions of this Act, to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the 1[Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860)].
