THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR STATE SHEEP AND SHEEP PRODUCTS DEVELOPMENT BOARD ACT, 1979
Section 4. Constitution of the Board.
The Board shall comprise the Minister Incharge (Sheep Husbandry) as ex officio Chairman, the Minister of State or the Deputy Minister, if any, as ex officio Vice-Chairman and such other official members not exceeding seven, two members from the Legislative Assembly 1[x x x x] and three non-official representatives, two from Wool Growers and one from Wool Processors, as may be nominated by the Government.
