THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR STATE SHEEP AND SHEEP PRODUCTS DEVELOPMENT BOARD ACT, 1979
Section 8. Appointment of employees of the Board
(1) The Board shall have the following officers who shall be appointed in consultation with the Government :––
(a) 1[Managing Director] ; and
(b) 1[Financial Advisor].
(2) The Board may appoint such employees as it considers necessary for the efficient performance of its functions under this Act.
