THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR SAFFRON ACT, 2007
Section 14. Phyto-Sanitary Certificate.
After test of the samples or quantity meant for export, the Director of Agriculture concerned or any other authority notified by the Government shall issue Phyto-Sanitary Certificate in the prescribed manner as to quantity of the saffron.
