THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR SAFFRON ACT, 2007
Section 21. Other Penalties.
Whoever attempts or abets the contravention of any provisions of the Act or of any rule made thereunder, shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year and with fine which may extend to ten thousand rupees.
