THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR MUNICIPAL ACT, 2000
Section 119. Paving or draining of cattle-stands.
The municipality may, by notice, require the owner or occupier of any land on which cattle or other animals are habitually tethered to have the same property paved or drained or both.
