THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR MUNICIPAL ACT, 2000
Section 292. Documentary evidence.
In relation to the production of unstamped or un-registered documents at the hearing of an election petition, the provisions of 1[the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951)] shall apply.
