THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR HOUSING BOARD ACT, 1976
Section 1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1) This Act may be called the Jammu and Kashmir Housing Board Act, 1976.
(2) It extends to 1[whole of the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir].
