THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR MUNICIPAL CORPORATION ACT, 2000
Section 13. Publication of results of elections.
The names of all persons elected as Councillors shall, as soon as may be after such election, be published by the Chief Electoral Officer in the 1[Government Gazette] :
Provided that the names of all the councillors elected at a general election shall be so published as far as possible simultaneously
