THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR PUBLIC SAFETY ACT, 1978

Section 1. Short title and extent.

(1) This Act may be called the Jammu and Kashmir Public Safety Act, 1978. (2) It extends to the whole of 1[Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir].
