THE ENEMY AGENTS ORDINANCE, 2005 (1948 A.D.)
Section 1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1) This Ordinance may be called the Enemy Agents Ordinance, 2005.
(2) It extends to the whole of the 1[Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir] and applies also to subjects and servants of the 1[Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir] outside the 1[Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir] wherever they may be.
(3) It shall come into force at once.
