THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR HABITUAL OFFENDERS (CONTROL AND REFORM) ACT, 1956
Section 24. Saving of certain orders.
(1) Nothing in this Act shall empower any authority to pass an order under section 10 or section 11 of this Act in respect of a person against whom an order under 1[section 356 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974)] is in force.
(2) No Court shall be competent to pass an order under 1[section 356 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974)9563ic in regard to a person against whom any order under this Act is in force.
