THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR REGISTRATION OF TOURIST TRADE ACT, 1978
Section 10. Certificate of registration.
The prescribed authority shall, unless registration is refused under section 11 direct that the name and the particulars of the hotel and the hotel-keeper be entered in the register maintained for the purpose and shall issue a certificate of registration to the hotel-keeper in the prescribed form.
