THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR REGISTRATION OF TOURIST TRADE ACT, 1978

Section 30. Certificate not to be assigned

Any person who lends, transfers or assigns the certificate of registration issued under this Act, shall be liable to punishment with imprisonment which may extend to six months or with fine not exceeding 1[Rs. 10,000] or with both.
