THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR REGISTRATION OF TOURIST TRADE ACT, 1978
Section 34. Offences to be tried Summarily.
Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act or in the 1[Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974)] all offences under this Act shall be triable summarily.
