THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR REGISTRATION OF TOURIST TRADE ACT, 1978
Section 40. Return of the certificate of registration.
When a certificate of registration is cancelled under this Act, the person holding such certificate shall within seven days from the date of publication of the order of cancellation in the *[Government Gazette], return it to the prescribed authority.
