THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR SPECIAL SECURITY GROUP ACT, 2000
Section 6. Liability of Service in any part of the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir and elsewhere.
Every member of the Group shall be liable to serve in any part of the 1[Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir] of Jammu and Kashmir or in any other part of India.
