THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR FERRY BOATS CONTROL ACT, 1971
Section 4. Power of delegation.
The 1[Government of the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir] may, by notification, direct that all or any of the powers under section 3 be exercisable in any area, also by such officer or authority and subject to such conditions, as it may specify in the notification.
