THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR SHRI MATA VAISHNO DEVI SHRINE ACT, 1988
Section 15. Officers and servants of the Board to be public servants.
The Members, Officers and servants of the Board shall, while acting or purporting to act in pursuance of the provisions of this Act or any bye-laws made thereunder be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the 1[Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860)].
