THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR SHRI SHIV KHORI SHRINE ACT, 2008
Section 12. Removal of a member.
The Chairperson may, with the previous approval of the Government, for good and sufficient reasons, remove any member after giving him an opportunity of showing cause against such removal and after considering the explanation offered therefor.
