THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR SHRI SHIV KHORI SHRINE ACT, 2008
Section 17. Liability of members.
Every member shall be liable for the loss, waste or misapplication for the Shrine Fund if such loss, waste or misapplication is a direct consequence of his wilful act or omission while as such member, and a suit for compensation may be instituted against him by the Board.
