THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR SHRI SHIV KHORI SHRINE ACT, 2008
Section 7. Term of office of the members.
The members of the Board, other than the official members, shall, subject to the provisions of section 9 and section 10, hold office for a term of three years from the date of their nomination.
