THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR SHRI AMARNATH JI SHRINE ACT, 2000
Section 6. Term of office of the Members.
The nominated Members of the Board, other, than the Chairman shall, subject to the provisions of sections 7 and 8, hold office for a term of three years from the date of their nomination under section 4.
