THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR PUBLIC SERVICES GUARANTEE ACT, 2011
Section 8. Designation of appellate authorities.
The Government may by notification in the *[Government Gazette], designate officers who shall be first appellate authorities and second appellate authorities in respect of each public service.
