THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR PANCHAYATI RAJ ACT, 1989

Section 33. Remuneration to Chairperson and Members.

(1) The members of the Block Development Council shall be entitled to such sitting fee, as may be prescribed, from time to time. (2) The 1[Chairperson] of the Block Development Council shall be paid such honorarium as may be prescribed, from time to time.
