THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR PANCHAYATI RAJ ACT, 1989

Section 38. Electoral Roll.

For 1[every election to be held under this Act] there shall be an electoral roll, which shall be prepared by Election Authority in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
