THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR PANCHAYATI RAJ ACT, 1989
Section 51. Secretary of the Panchayati Adalat.
The Secretary of the Halqa Panchayat shall act as the judicial clerk to the Panchayati Adalat for the purpose of recording its proceedings and decisions and such other duties as may be prescribed.
