THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR PANCHAYATI RAJ ACT, 1989
Section 69. Place of institution.
Every suit under this Act shall be instituted before the Panchayati Adalat within whose jurisdiction the plaintiff or any defendant in the suit resides at the time of the institution of the suit.
