THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR FINANCE COMMISSION FOR PANCHAYATS AND MUNICIPALITIES ACT, 2011
Section 15. Members and officers to be public servants.
Every member of the Commission, and every officer appointed or authorized by the Commission to exercise functions under the Act, shall be deemed to be public servant within the meaning of 1[section 21 of the Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860)].
