THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR STATE ROAD SAFETY COUNCIL ACT, 2018
Section 29. Members and employees of the Council to be the public servants.
All members and employees of the Council while acting or purporting to act under the provisions of this Act or any rules made thereunder shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the 1[Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860)].
