THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR STATE ROAD SAFETY COUNCIL ACT, 2018
Section 37. Repeal and savings.
All rules, notifications, policies and orders corresponding to the provisions of the Jammu and Kashmir Road Safety Council Act, 2017 shall, in so far as they are inconsistent with any provision of this Act stand repealed.
