THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR STATE ROAD SAFETY COUNCIL ACT, 2018

Section 6. Disposal of business.

Every matter to be decided by the Council or the Lead Agency shall be considered and disposed of at the meetings of the Council or the Lead Agency as the case may be, in accordance with the decision of the majority of the members present.
